 Lluís Manzanares

Lluís Manzanares was born in Barcelona on 16th January, 1920. In 1938, he joined the army and went to the battle of Ebre. After that, in 1939, he went to Argelers Concentration Camp in France. Next, he escaped from Argelers and returned to Spain but stayed 4 years in prison. Then, he got a job as an accountant and got married in 1948 to Assumpció Pinyol. They had one daughter, Assumpta, in 1948. Finaly, he died on 13th July 1997.
